Apple health is the brainchild of two sisters Sinead and Eimear Cusack who have a shared passion in healthy living. Having both worked in Health Food Stores for the best part of sixteen years collectively. Itwas based on this experience and shared passion, they decided to join forces and open a business together which not only functions as a Health Food and Supplement Store but incorporates a wider range of treatments and therapies.

Sinead, a qualified Nutritional Therapist with several years experience, providing personalised dietary and nutrition advice based on clients current health and diet, in order to alleviate health problems and promote optimal health.

In addition to the above, Apple Health Foods provide a number of other services, ranging from Physical therapy, Acupuncture, Massage, Rehabilitation Exercises, Frequency specific Micro-current, Nutritional Therapy and Skin treatments using only organic and natural skin care ranges including Dr. Hauschka and Trilogy.
